Nationalisation of all rivers is the final solution for this problem. Every state wants more water and never has a good opinion of sharing waer with it's neighbors. There is no point in blaming a single state for this mess, as the story on other side of the border is the same. If TN and Karnataka are not able to solve their problems, it leads to a terrible situataion atleast in Karnataka. Tamilsare wilfully targetted on drop of a hat. Let us bomb all dams across karnataka and TN so that no such problem occurs. let the river decide what course to take!!
