Sometimes, I feel, terrorists (independent of religion) and drug smugglers/peddlars, should be stoned to Death or have their xyz cut off. But thats not a practise in India. Death Sentence is the only way for such thugs. This terrorist might not fear death, but there will be 7 out of 10 who will think twice. Faruq Abdullah says, that sentencing him to death, will create dangers for the judge's family and for the politicians. Should the judiciary be scared ??????? If the judiciary is scared then we have a problem. Let the Military handle it then. Thats one brave lot that we are still proud of.
