I have noticed that the politicians, when they are on the top positions influences the officers.
Take the case of Ward No - 111 (Gopal Nagar) from where the Congress Candidate Mr. Vikas Thackery had won by a huge margin of 800 votes which where not expected.
According to the study done, nearly 750 voters who were enrolled in ward no. 111 where not the resident of this ward.
The election commission should take the notice of this, and make Identity cards for each and every citizen where his address, photo,all other things with his citizen no. should be given, and should be made compulsory to present it for any kind of official work, like driving licence, ration card,opening a bank account, purchasing mobile, purchasing vehicle etc. So that the people themselves will emphasise for this identity card as now a days they are doing for ration card.
This card should be shown mandatorily at the time of voting, no other documents should be accepted.
