Absolute plain-speak by the Lt. Gen. And fully factual too. I wish this interview gets exposure in as many forums and other communication channels as possible for the youth ( why them, everone ) in the country to know the real truth as it were. Our country's economic development has very, very little to do with the politicians excepting for 'liberalisation' for whatever selfish reasons. It is actually the effort of the industry captains supported well by the knowledge power of the educated class. Truly, we have lost several outstanding soldiers' lives for the cause of somebody else's when we have our own plate of problems overflowing.
