The incident of shouting slogan ("Jai Telangana.") while the highest authority in the country, the honourable president is addressing, is strongly condemnable. I assume the youth is the student of the university. It is highly unbecoming for a university student to behave in such lowly. Is he learning such thing in university? What will he do or how will he behave after he comes out of the university? In our eduication institutes, we should teach the boys and girls to become good human beings - good behaviours, good characters etc. All of us are responsible to mould our future generations to become worthy citizens of this great country.
