You say militants are not born by birth so you think Armymen are born perfect that they will not make mistakes? Can you explain why the "local" militant org like JKLF is dead today and all militancy is pretty much handiwork of ISI backed groups from across. The fact is common kashmiri may have complaints but they know India is much better than Pakistan and they will have freedom here in Hindu majority while they will become another baloch or gilgit in pakistan!
