so u r justifying the innocent killings.getting killed in a cross fire which can be called a mistake is one thing and catching hold of an innocent person and torturing him to death is another.i wonder is this can also be called a mistake.And u dont make mistakes in hundreds and thousands. Armymen are also humans but they cant take advantage of the dracolian laws where they can arrest anyone,anywhere and kill him in cold blood.The exhumation process going on these days will reveal it all.
