MR.FRANCOISGAUTIER has rightly said abt. late madam bhutto. not only mrs. bhutto but also all democraticly elected leaders of pakistan or the dictators were neverfrindly with india and extended all possible help to millitents to create problems for india.it is not that mr. manmohansingh or any other self styled secular leader knew but only to keeping their vote bank in view they give such statements. similarly no pakistan leader can extend a hand of friendship towards indiaas it will make their voters unhappy.the lec tures and statements given both by indian and pakistani leaders is only for public consumption.the leaders of both countries can no longer make the people fools.
