In India after the assassination of Mrs. Indira Gandhi the Indian National Congress elected Rahul Gandhi as Party President. PPP is not a personal property of any individual that it can be bequeathed. Best thing would have been better if Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had been formally elected as the Chairman of PPP.
