Can you say how many non Tamils have bothered to learn Tamil language?

When Tamils go to Delhi, they are expected to speak Hindi only. When Delhi people come down to TN, even then Tamils are expected to speak in Hindi. What double standards!

As for the Tamil-Kannadiga rivalry, if you read South Indian History (not about Delhi history), you will find that mutually hostile relations existed between the Tamil and Kannadiga kingdoms even as early as 7th Century AD and has continued since then. Don't write without knowing the facts.
