RE:Appeal all tamils in india

Hindi is an official language according to Indian constitution. Not national language. Only UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, MP have Hindi has mother tongue. Rest of the states have their own mothertongues. It means Hindi is mothertongue of only 30% of Indian population.
