Yes TN has to fight for water, because it is a lower riparian state. Not because it wants to fight. ..and what did you say on problems of TN? Pls. look into your own backyard.
Why aren't you"magnanimous" to give Belgaum to Maharashtra, Krishna water to A.P (Alamatti) and Kaveri water to TN ?
