If Sri lanka wants to really solve it's problem they should shift majority of Tamil minority to a secluded place with in the island away from any part of sea coast of nation spread literacy by mandatory education( Communist China)style, In Mid 20's Stalin did this with chechens in russia,local autonomy with restriction on religious freedom(Islamic).Here with Tamils it is not that issue. Cut off from supporting state of Tamilnadu is essential & weapon smmuglers is a must.
