See if you read history of UK and USA and rest of the europe, all of them are secular state where religion and state are separate. But their constitution is based on Christian ideology. All of their leaders have been Christians. Even USA is a deeply religious society. Do you call them fundamentalist?

Similarly, during partition of India, a secular state was created of India and for muslim majority their own state was created, pakistan. If you chose secular India, then its constitution recognises all religions. So whats wrong with Hindus being in power most of the time for the population which is majority Hindu. I dont want some sucker like VP singh to destroy future of my children in the name of opportunity for minorities.
