Pakistan is not messed up bcos of communalism - it is messed up because of a weak constitution and constant military interference. The only time India was in trouble was during the time of the EMERGENCY imposed by Indira Gandhi, the greatest congress leader ever. India could have become a developed country but for Congress and the Communists and their minority appeasement vote bank politics.
