My point was to the fact that Raman pointed to three distinct entities 'Zia-ul Haq loyalists, junior members of the Pakistan army and, possibly, the Pakistan air force' He is basing this analysis on? If our intelligence set up is so good that Raman can pinpoint to or atleast point to entities he thinks are responsible within a few hours without even examining the crime scene, why can't our intelligence figure out where Dawood is holed up?
