I am not sure why India was shocked. This assasination was inevitable. Bhutto becoming a popular leader was not good for anyone. US needs a puppet. Mush needs absolute power. Osama and his like do not like Women in power. I am more sorry for all the innocent bystanders who lost their lives in this viscious Political game.
Bhutto was no angel when it cames to relations with India. She openly instigated muslim hatred and created many problems in Kashmir when she was in power. Even as a ruler of Pakistan, she was ousted from power on both ocassions and hoarde large amounts of money in swiss banks. No wonder she was able to impose an exile on herself and lead a Happy life in London and Dubai. I think she got carried away by the chance of another stint as PM of Pakistan an took this stupid risk. Not only did she die, she caused the death of more hundreds of innocent civilians.
At best, India should observe a moment of silence since she is a state leader and leave it at that. No need to get emotional about it.
