You got it wrong. US war with vietnam was not victory for US, however it was after the cold war with Russia & who fought for Russia? Osama!!! who has started giving back to US. Pak story is completely different. They think they are US and India as may be Russia or Vietnam, trying to control with the similar way of US hiring Afghans except that Pak hires Pak's only. But they are soon going to get a big blow from LET and JEM for what they've payed in the past and this is just one of them.
