Since Mr. George Bush wants Osama dead or alive, he is trying all tactics to please the pakistanis into capturing him which is not going to happen. Unless and until Bin laden is captured or killed, this military aid is going to continue. At present, we need to praise Musharraf for his efforts against Al-qaeda and anger the terrorists more against him. Once Bin laden in caught or killed, we are going to see turning points in Pakistan. thats for sure
