That is a falsze presumption. The statistics shows that there is no targetted group. It stems across all economical classes, social classes, and cast base. So, an Uppercast convert is enticed more - by offering all kinds of benefits - including Status as Missionaries; entrusting them with responsibilities to convert others. Making them believe they are making A DIFFERENCE.
