We must realize that we all are floating in the same raft and if one makes a mistake we all pay. Secularism is the only answer but pseudo secularism and so called minority appeasement can at best be divisive forces giving rise to extremism. stop this nonsense and educate your friends. Whether you like it or not and if only for practical reasons Hindus and Muslims have to live together in this part of the world that includes india pakistan and bangladesh.
