EVERY STATE IN INDIA HAS A DISTINCT CULTURE.ALSO THEY HAVE A DISTINCT POLITICAL CULTURE.ONE MAY WIN OR LOSE.IS IT A CREDIT TO THE PARTY? WE HAVE TO ANALAYSE IT . PEOPLE HAVE NARROW CHOICE TO CHOOSE. SO SOME WIN .VICTORY IS THRUST UPON THEM--SAMSON ASEERVATHAM
