I wanted to let you know that Muslims who consider themselves as Indian do not have to fear from Modi or BJP or RSS or VHP. The postings that are filled with hatred are directed against those muslims who burst crackers when Pakistan wins against India. Unfortunately Hindus and even some genuinely Indian Muslims cannot tell who is really Indian. I know of a Muslim friend who would actively participate in Ganesh festival decorations! We dont expect him to pray to Lord Ganesh !
We Hindus do expect that you send your kids to regular schools, colleges and make a career. Only have as many kids as you can afford to give good education. If you have 10 kids, how can you expect them to do well. The house would be a chaos and the parents cannot pay attention as to what the kids are doing. If Dr.Kalam, Amir/Shahrukh/Salman, Azaruddin, Sania Mirza can suceed in life, all muslims can. Dont be a poor looser and blame the system. Work hard and try to integrate with the society.
I also urge Muslims to become members of the BJP. This will tone down the rhetoric of BJP members. Remember, sometime ago, the BJP spokesman was Shahanavaz Hussain. More muslims in BJP will mean BJP cannot hurt muslim sentiments for gaining Hindu votes. If Congress was really interested in the welfare of Muslims, why havent muslims succeeded in the last 55 years of Congress rule ? Think about it!
