very true, if someone has a fraction of indian (bharati i.e.) blood in him/her, we tend to take that person as our very own - a moot pt is bobby jindal -i mean he is as indian as i am african or slavic or russian!
this is sub-room temperature IQ journalism at best and bright yellow in colour.
why doesnt this same reporter refer to him as scottish? which mean this reporter has hidden the truth of the mixed parentage of this doctor
whether this doctor be indian/scottish/african/eskimo hardly makes a difference - it is the profession of the person and the duty that he carried out that should be highlighted not the doctor's race/religion/caste /creed
