as for ur part i guess u have not done anything to prove that u urself is very intelligent other than repeating what the cong & commie sycophants keep harping as their election campaign issue.. atleast gujarat is one of the developed states... i dont know about urs.. sounds like ur from UP or Bihar.. and about those 2 states i guess lesser spoken off the better...
