haz/amarnath yatra subsidy is removed or for the matter of fact all priveleges granted on religious ground be removed and paid to all farmers(hindu,muslim,sikh,christain etc.) on the verge of commiting suicide.
will that be communal?
isnt such activity formenting commmunalism?
