i agree with u. In Gujarat Hindus are close to 93% of population. so modi can do what he wants to muslims without any fear of losing votes. but in places like UP where Muslims have sizable population BJP will not dare to make anti-muslim rhetoric. see what BJP is reduced to an unsignificant player. BJP have brought people like Shawnawaz Hussein and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi to show that they are non-communal. Advani being as experienced that he is has realised that without the support of every section of the society they will never will majority in the party.
