Like every other Govt. employee EC's tall claim is a big fake.
Even now, most of the constituency get vote casted only half of its registered voters.
EC is not at all bothered on this count.
True claim, should be when all contituency registers over 95% of the registered voter cast thier vote; this will reduce the incidence of bogus voting, true election of peoples representative,equal distribution of cost involved in the electrol excercise and full utilisation of staff of EC.
