Very well said, I have few points more to share with all & the Electional Commission.
(i) Like any Govt. jobs where a specific qualification is declared, similiarly any Candidate applying for MLA/MP Seat must be atleast a GRADUATE. (ii) Like any candidate being declared as pass he is required score 33% marks in aggregate, similarly any Political Party qualifying to sit in the Assembly must have atleast 33% candidates of the house belonging to his party, else that party should be banned or asked to merge with other party under their banner so that their is no horse trading. (iii) Like any candidate applying for Govt. Job his Character/Back ground is verfied through Police Department of the area and in case of any wrong finding his services are terminated, similarly any candidate applying/elected as MLA/MP his Character has to be verified by Police Department and in case of any Bad remarks his Membership must be terminated. (iv) On the day of Elections Govt. declares Holiday for all the Orgnisation in that area where the Elections are held. It may not be necessary that the Employee is on the Voter list but he is compelled to take of. In place of this the Individuals should be given leave on the day of Polling in their Constituency and the Employer must verify that the individual has really casted his vote otherwise his Salary should be deducted two times his normal take home salary. This way it can give 2 benefits ) The Attendance of co. & percentage of voting
