While Pakistan is busy making nuclear bombs, Indians are busy watching the sensex, and reading articles like "Chocolate and sex can boost brain: Study". When the crunch comes, we shall face atom bombs with chocolates. This is the policy which has been continued from Nehru to Vajpai to Manmohan Singh.
