dude given the situation i dont think even a grown up wud have avaoided the accident...i dont meant to support the boy!!! it was an accident but not a murder...u talk like he commited one!!! he had the conscience to go and confess how many wealthy kids do u c doing that...its always the driver or some other guy who gets the blame instead...sleeping on pavements is also against the law as a underage kid driving...
