Well we voters have to decide whether to be at home during elections or get out and make the difference. the recent elections have seen a turnout of 60% in Gujarat and HP 67% how will the BJP get a majority if the majority does not go to vote. If you will see that in Maharashtra the turnout was only around 45% thats the reason congress came to power. It might be ok in Guj or HP but they don't make up for the whole country.
