The BJP also was to repeal article 356 in Kashmir but they did not do it? WHY didn't they when it was in their manifesto? There was only one person who could have dealt with the Kashmir Issue with an iron fist and that was Indira Gandhi. But its a pity that now there is no such leadership in India.
