How you say these BHAIYAS do not take oney to their states, they are in other state to earn their livelihood. They have come becuase the government of their states have have not created ample apportunity ot stay at home state and work. Most of the workers oc construction sites, paiters, Masons, etc. etc. are poor people and poor can exists in any state..by the way name a state where there 100% people are loyal to country and they are not poor. People from different states of India goes to other state for work. job etc. etc..This doesn't mean one should you tareg people for a poor state. It is the POLITITIANS and BABUS of that state which are parasites and to be cleaned up...
