A country of this size must have very rigid rules.
Absolutely no discrimination on the basis of religion and caste.
Uniform Civil Code is mandatory, as suggested by the Supreme Court.
We don't need any political parties. ALL political parties must be derecognized. Only independents must be elected to Parliament and Legislative assemblies.
We don't need ministers. Instead, let there be ministerial committees. For example, instead of having single a Finance Minister, let the Finance portfolio be managed by a group of ten or more politicians and bureaucrats. And all decisions by this committes must be put to vote in the Parliament.
