I agree with Mr. Diamond view that in our country buggest problem is corruption. His idea of autonoumus corruption is welcome. Also our judisial system require thourough cleaning up. Justice should be quick. For every type of case there should be time limit. Maximum five years. We have to follow the path of Gandhiji. In Rural area godd infrastructure should be built. Cottage industry should be develop. All village must be self suffucuent. Good education and health facility should be built. Every vilage should have linked road to nearby city. B.K. KHANDELWAL
