All students in private and government colleges, IITs and IIMs etc who is above 18 years to compulsorily display his 'personal', 'professional' and 'political' ambitions or goals in their life through their college notice boards and a National Informatics Center website.
This will 1. Enhance the 'intrinsic' motivation of all students. 2. Help students in professionally 'benchmarking' themselves with rest of the world.
