I agree. We would need a 2 party system to prove who gets majority support. It would be an useless argument until then as we would have to depend on exit or other polls. The truth is that neither BJP or Congress has more than 40% national support. BJP even less maybe around 30%. But this is our constitutional system. Unless we change this the so called "majority" will rule.
