a dalit person well placed in govt service told that he will not seek quota for his sons so that his sons will not be looked down by other caste hindus.if all dalit friends follow this,any such discremination will vanish.also only in villages such division is in existence and not in cities where no one has any idea about other person caste since no one ask about castes nowadays. feel villages and small towns are having this problems and not in cities.
