RE:Author does not understand the West!

There is a wide disconnect between Indian English language commentetor and Indians who are exposed to the west.
I think, the former (commentetor) are product of a India which is 2-3 decades back, WHO SAW WEST WITH AWE.
However, Indians who are exposed to West these days don;t feel that way.
This is the reason why there is so much of disconnect between who writes and who reads.
