UPA , Congress and Karan Thapar

Everyone knows what UPA, Congress and Karan Thapar are upto.
They can go to any extent for want of muslim votes.
Seems that Narayanan has himself supervised the security arrangements about Paki nuclear establishment, or

Narayanan does not relate his tongue to his brain when it comes to obey Congress.
