EC has been formed for ensuring free and fair conduct of polls. However, James Michael Lyngdoh introduced fundamentalist bias in EC working. This action of complaint against education minister of Gujarat seems to have been influenced by UPA government. If EC continues to function like this, elections cannot be free and fair.
