The author needs to read China's history seriously. He does not know how new Dalai Lama was made. Simply, any new Dalai Lama needs to be approved by China's central government since 17 A.D. Even Dalai Lama himself dares not to deny Tibet is a part of China. Does Any country's government deny Tibet is a part of China? No. Does India government deny Tibet is a part of China? No. Why?
