Mr. PM plz do the needful......

I feel this is the big problem with the INDIAN govt. they promoise too much do not bother to deliver the things that had promised by them.... This is even applicable to PRIME MINISTER.... the MOST powerful person in the country... this is very pity situation towards adminstration.
