Two options here, One option call the cabinet meeting, discuss the situation with the irritant neighbour, pass resolutions, brief the Pak Ambassador, hold secretary-level, foreign-minister level, Govt-level meeting and allow the time to pass and ensure by that time all the jihadis have infiltrated into India and carry out sabotage activities.
