Well, because Modi expects Indian nationalism NOT ARAB Nationlism

Hence, its really the muslims that don't like India the way it is or its culture or trditions or its religions, and (its only) Modi that questions this attitude.

And we know what happens if you question any aspect of muslims or Islam.
