India wasnt liberalised so much as it is now and that is the Central Policy..Investments are coming to almost every state and Gujarat has always been an industrious state..So it does not matter whether Modi is at the helm or his bodyguard.Industrious Gujaratis will bring more and more investment.Modi went all these places and squandered public money when the central government could do the same thing..Just see if Switzerland was in one of his itineries..May be few years later we will have an account by the name of Lotus there..Who knows..Jiske dhti ke neeche kaccha ho wo kuch bhi kar sakta hai..Sorry Kuch nahin bhi ho sakta hai..
