^^^ UAE , qatar & maybe bahrain only becasue in this countries expats far outnumber ethnic arabs as far as overall Mid east is concerned , the less said the better . Try to find out the rights enjoyed by Shias [dont boteher abt hindus , ] & then tell me whose more tolerant .
