These are perils of modern civilisation(if we call it a civilisation). The builder mafias are stashed with money, their spoiled brats feel that others are not worth living, growing affinity with mall based culture and a definite sense of pride with papa's money are ruining the child's mental status. These boys should not be counselled but must be given exemplery punishment including parents so that all spoilt brats may fear that. The society must get rid of these obnoxious filthy elements. And I comment this without checking any background of this particular incident. Even I would advocate if that culprit is my child. Request to all Social Right's group, kindly support/advocate an exemplery/harsh punishment so that we may rectify at proper time and not ruin our society like USA.
