Rape is NOT the fault of the woman. There is a moral and criminal function. To wear jeans does not cross any definition of morality, but to rape that woman does cross every definition of morality.
Stop being a "modernity" "western culture" basher. Look at history, what did women historically wear in India? Small bikini blouses and skirts (think temple art etc.)? Then we adopted "western" and "modern" values from the Muslims and Christians and decided that women have to be all covered (preferably in black) and locked up in the house along with the family jewels, and we also adopted the "western" and modern" culture of attacking women to attach people and their cultures. And now somehow you are saying that is what you are? That is what is right? Come to your senses.
